My Experience
I am a CTACC - Certified Coach by a program approved by the International Coach Federation.
Let me tell you a bit about my story.
As a 50+ woman, I have gone through several types of changes throughout the years: the early loss of a parent, immigration, motherhood, divorce, remarriage, and career shift - all significant patches of my life story quilt.
I found coaching when I decided it was time to expand the ways in which to help others. I use my personal experiences and resilience – which allows me to relate and empathize with others very strongly - to make a difference. I am so glad I found a new calling and I could not love my work as a Coach more.
I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communications from PUC-RJ, and I worked for a long time in Brazil, my country of birth, as a language teacher/instructor and translator for individuals, small companies, and large corporations. I worked for courses at first then went privately, opening my own course and holding a private practice.
I moved to the U.S. in 1999 and became a dual citizen.
Being a bicultural and bilingual person gives me a broad perspective of the world, and I am so grateful for that.
